Nuriko Nouveau

I made this painting for the Fan Art Masterpiece Contest and I chose to recreate one of Alphonse Mucha's Beautiful Byzantine Heads with Nuriko from Fushigi Yuugi.

As with my last watercolor painting I continued with doing a lot of work with the sketch, and it does help a lot, but let me tell you, all those details with the hair and the head piece took a lot of time, a long, long time! But it was a lot of fun to and it was quite interesting to draw hair like this, I've never done that before and I think I learned a lot form this painting!
